I've wanted to create this photoshoot for years.
Ever since I fell in love with those wonderfully campy sci-fi adventures of the 1960s, I've been fascinated by the silver boots, ray guns, futuristic fashion, oversized hairstyles, and the wildly optimistic vision of what the future might look like.
So when the opportunity finally came along, I gathered an amazing team and set out to create my own retro space-age adventure.
Featuring the incredible Sandra Horn, with hair by Rose Thorogood and makeup by Jolie Nguyen, this series is a celebration of imagination, creativity, and not taking ourselves too seriously.
Sometimes photography is about capturing reality.
Sometimes it's about building a world that only exists in your imagination. Yes, I’m such a Geek, lol.
