Crystal Blue

This futuristic crystal-inspired portrait session was all about colour, reflections, texture, and creative experimentation with RGB lighting. Using silver mylar, crystal props, prisms, reflective surfaces, and a collection of Neewer LED lights and RGB tubes, we transformed a simple studio setup into a glowing sci-fi inspired world full of cinematic blues, pinks, and shimmering highlights. Working with the incredible Emily Reinhard and makeup artist Jolie’s Makeup Artistry, we explored dramatic light, reflective effects, and playful posing to create a series of bold conceptual portraits that feel somewhere between retro sci-fi and futuristic fashion photography. This gallery is a insight into how simple props, creative lighting, and a little imagination can come together to create striking studio portraits without needing an elaborate set.
