Show Ghouls — When Glamour Meets the Afterlife

There’s “ghostly,” and then there’s glam-ghostly.
Meet Skye and Janelle — the Show Ghouls. A Halloween BFF session like no other, dripping in feathers, heels, and fabulous haunting energy. What started as a tongue-in-cheek idea — “Let’s do a BFF shoot… but make it us!” — turned into a full-blown production of spooky showgirl splendour, with laughter, sequins, and just the right amount of sass.
Perched on a deep crimson vintage lounge, these two brought vintage vaudeville vibes to the afterlife — complete with shimmering gloves, dramatic headpieces, and a curious little canine cameo (because no scene is complete without Pippin). The result is part cabaret, part ghost story, and 100% friendship goals.
What I love most about this shoot is that it captures the heart of why I create these sessions — to celebrate personality, connection, and the joy of simply playing dress-up again. It’s about embracing creativity, pushing boundaries, and letting your inner performer take centre stage.
Equal parts spooky and spectacular, Show Ghouls proves that you can haunt with style — and that true friends will always match your energy, no matter how outrageous the idea.
