If you’re looking to create something a little different for your portfolio, this is it.
Join me for a dynamic, hands-on creative portrait session featuring three professional aerial performers, working across a range of apparatus including lyra (aerial hoop), silks, trapeze, and cube.
This isn’t a sit-back-and-watch kind of workshop.
This is about getting in, shooting, directing, and creating.
What makes this different?
Instead of working with just one setup, you’ll rotate through multiple performers and apparatus, giving you a huge variety of looks, poses, and storytelling opportunities in a single session.
Think strength, movement, elegance, and a little bit of drama.
Each performer brings their own style and energy, which means no two setups will feel the same.
What you’ll experience
• Small group rotations through each performer and apparatus
• Plenty of shooting time with each setup
• A variety of aerial styles, poses, and movement
• The opportunity to direct and interact with the performers
• A supportive, creative environment to experiment and push your ideas
While this is primarily a creative shoot experience, I’ll be there throughout the session to guide you with:
• Lighting suggestions
• Angles and composition
• Working with movement and timing
• Getting the most out of each setup

You don’t need to be advanced, but a basic understanding of your camera will help you get the most out of the session.
What to bring
• Your camera
• A versatile lens (something like a 24–70mm or 70–200mm works well)
• Spare batteries and memory cards
• Comfortable shoes (you’ll be moving around a bit)

Apollos is number 4, fourth down on the left. Next to IO - Integrity Office, which looks deceptively like number 10. Please use street parking, do NOT block driveways of other buildings. Thank You.
